Personified Love

The desire of every believer is to be Christlike...

This is a song that The Lord gave me one night while I was speaking to my husband on the telephone. I had been worshiping and praising God, and was enjoying the Presence and the communion I was having with God when the phone rang. It was my husband, and as I was speaking to him, the words and the melody came flooding into my spirit, a Heavenly download! I have learnt that when that happens I need to write it down, or it goes! I had to tell my husband that God was speaking to me, and I had to go! The following words were the result of that evening. It is a prayer and a longing of my heart, and I believe the heart of every true believer to cry to the Lord to be Christlike, to find Him, to pursue Him until He is caught, to look for Him till He is seen, to search for Him 'till He is found by you and in you. The Word says, God is Love.... and we are meant to be a reflection of the Lord on earth, sharing His love, walking in His Power and authority, and being like Him.

It is a transformation process, a long journey, as we are changed and transformed into His image, from glory to glory, for His glory. As the deer pants for the water so my soul longs for You, oh Lord! Is that the cry of your heart today? To be more Christlike? ~ That is my cry today.... I long to sing a song that will please the King of Kings, I could sing my own song, but I want to sing a song that will please His heart. Let us dedicate our lips and words today to speak and sing songs and pray prayers that will please His heart, and achieve His purpose and plan on the earth through our lives. Let the words of this song become our prayer this day, that we would truly be Personified Love... filled with the passion and love of the Lord Jesus Christ, always seeking to please the Father, only doing what we see and hear the Father doing... bringing glory to the Name of The Lord.

Prayer:- Oh Lord, today and every day I hunger and thirst for Your presence, for Your touch, to hear Your voice, to know Your ways. Lord I pray that You would fill me with Your compassion and mercy, that You would clothe me with Your Love, that Christ would be seen in me and through me, for Your glory. Lord, I pray that you would let me find You, that You would let me run with You, as You order my footsteps and plan my destiny and eternal plan and purpose to do Your will on Earth as it is in Heaven. Lord I pray that You would cause me to pray prayers and sing songs, and speak the words that would bring Heaven to earth, that those words would have an eternal effect on the Earth, and that they would bring life to the dry places, light to the dark places, and liberty to the captives. Dearest Jesus, I love you so much, words cannot express what You have done for me by dying on the cross. Thank You for saving me, and for believing in me, I thank You that you would trust me to be a carrier of Your glory, to see Your Kingdom come on the earth. Lord my prayer to You today is that I may be Personified Love... for Your Glory.. I dedicate myself to you again today Lord, and ask You to set me apart afresh for You Lord, wash me, and cleanse me, forgive me of anything that I have done or said that is not pleasing to You, let my words be filled with life, Lord, Life and death are in the power of the tongue, and this day, Lord I choose life! Help me, Lord be more like You in all I do, think and say, ignite a fresh passion and fire in my heart to pursue You with all that is within me, I ask this, In Jesus precious name.... Amen!
