Miracles happen in His Presence

Hi all,

Well, here we are again with testimony of the Grace and Goodness of our Heavenly Father. Bill and I ministered at a healing meeting in Como on 8th November. It was the first time we had ministered like that together for a long time... so it was very interesting. The Lord had already shown Bill the strategy for ministering to the people, and he said that The Lord was like The Master Potter who was coming to reshape and remould us. He also had a vision during Praise and Worship of Jesus being surrounded by a group of pre school children sitting at His feet.

The whole point of my message was that Jesus wanted us to be like a Mary and not a Martha,(Luke 10:38-42) and to come and sit at His feet. Psalm 121 as well was a big thing, we have to receive all our help from The Lord, so that means looking up, and not focusing on our circumstances. ~ The vision that Bill had tied in well with what The Lord had already given me... He does confirm His Word! (Praise God!)

The Lord was also telling us that we had become disappointed when we don't get healed when we think it should happen, so we harden our hearts and a bit of unbelief gets in, so we had to say "sorry" to the Lord and trust Him that His timing is perfect. We have to start believing and trusting Him again! The Lord also mentioned the fruit of the Spirit of long suffering, which none of us likes as we like "instant" everything!

Matthew 6:6 The Lord's prayer verse 8says ...."The Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him." That was what The Lord was saying to us quite strongly.

All the Lord asked us to do was to come and sit in His Presence, stop talking about doing it, and actually take time in the meeting to do that..... so we did, and many, many people were touched by the Lord as I (Linda) ministered in song. One lady who had a perforated eardrum, from when she was a little girl, had her ear opened during a song, and she was so delighted, everything is now very loud to her! It "just happened" to be her birthday as well... God's timing is absolutely perfect. There were many people delivered as pastor Phil's ministry team walked among the crowd praying for the people. Bill also had words of encouragement for people. It was an awesome day... God's Grace is amazing. He really loves us! ~ Thank You Jesus for being Faithful, and for watching over Your Word to perform it!

It is such an awesome honour to minister to God's people, nothing can compare to seeing lives changed and God Glorified. All we need to do is look to Jesus the author and finisher of our Faith.
